Bosses can pick up tips on how to run a more environmentally-friendly business at a free breakfast seminar.

The event, organised by the West Sussex Sustainable Business Partnership, is designed to help companies learn how they can save energy and cut costs by encouraging staff to walk or cycle to work and drawing up travel plans.

Companies will be able to find out if their working practices comply with new environmental and planning legislation.

The seminar is being held in the Richmond Room of the Assembly Hall, Worthing, on Friday, July 1 from 9am to 11.30am.

Places can be booked by contacting the partnership on 01243 756869 or emailing sbp@westsussex.gov.uk .
