When will Brighton and Hove City Council finish its roadworks in Carden Avenue, Patcham?
It is well over a month since a new traffic island was built and yet the area is still cluttered with signs and tape, although no workmen have been seen in the area for weeks.
If the council is going to continue wasting taxpayers' money on such useless schemes, the least it could do is finish the job.
