Why haven't we already seen the large wheelie bins rolled out right across the city centre?
Please city councillors, stop listening to the nimby-namby-pamby, never-happy-whatever-you-do brigade and get the project finalised.
And for goodness sake, couldn't the whingers please take a stroll along the lower section of The Drive in Hove, any morning they can take the time off from complaining?
It isn't rocket science, even for the most ardent whinger, to realise wheelie bins, at least in the city centre, are a must.
