This is the third Brighton performance from alt country combo South San Gabriel. The group's is a loose collective led by Will Johnson, who also records as a solo artist and as leader of fuzz-rockers Centro-matic.
In his South San Gabriel guise you can expect beautiful, trippy, sprawling, epic songs that retain an air of majesty despite the lo-fi production. Support is from rapidly rising star Justin Rutledge.
