As there are rogue car drivers who are selfish and impatient, so there are rogue cyclists who ride on pavements, jump red lights and cycle the wrong way up one-way streets.
Couldn't our new community support wardens dish out on-the-spot fines for such offences?
I do wonder how we can ever combat this problem when, twice now, I have seen our own cycling police officers riding blatantly on the pavement in the London Road area.
