Hairdressers Dean and Kevin Colburn wanted to come up with something a bit different to celebrate 25 years in business.
Instead of just having a party at their shop, DnK Hairdressers in Church Road, Hove, the brothers hired a limousine and arranged for more than 20 staff to go to London for a meal at a restaurant before going on to watch a performance of the West End musical Chicago.
The company was in Landsdowne Place before moving to Church Road five years ago.
Kevin said: "Twenty-five years is quite a milestone in business so we wanted to mark the occasion properly.
"Organising the trip out was a way of saying thank you to the staff for their work and support."
