When a drugs bust goes tragically wrong, resulting in the murder of an informant, the only witnesses to the crime are five cheerleaders from the University of Texas Longhorns football team.
The sassy quintet Anne (Milian), Therese(Garces), Evie (Keena), Barb (Garner) and Heather (Ferlito) are immediately put under armed guard and emotionally-repressed Texas Ranger Roland Sharp (Jones) is given the unenviable task of babysitting the witnesses to ensure the killer (Holt) doesnt shoot them, too.
Roland moves into the sorority house with the girls, where he sets about trying to mould them into prim and proper little madams.
And they school him in the art of good manners and seduction so he stands a chance of romancing their pretty English professor (Archer).
