A recent poll suggests a 20mph speed limit should not be implemented outside schools.
This is not surprising. Drive at 40mph along the A27 past Boundstone Community College and you will be passed by a stream of cars travelling at 50mph or more.
Would this not have been a prime site for speed cameras instead of an expensive bridge?
Speed kills but this seems to escape the realisation of many.
