Thank you for publishing the picture (The Argus, March 4) of the new Jubilee Library. It shows the queue I was in, which didn't move for more than an hour. The problem seemed to be that the computer wasn't allowing books to be processed. I had to leave without my book or knowing the end of the story.
Not once did any of the staff glance at, or consider, the people in your photograph. Not a good start for people who want to check out books at the library.
