The second phase of a new business park has been completed.
Developers St Modwen said eight industrial buildings at the Woodingdean Business Park in Brighton, were now ready to be filled.
Half have already been acquired or are under offer to local companies with the first unit going to Brighton Trade Windows.
Phase one of the business park - a large office complex - was completed towards the end of last year and is already three-quarters full.
The 9.5 acre regeneration site has stood derelict since 1998, when former occupiers Sunblest bakers moved out.
St Modwen bought the land in Falmer Road from leaseholder Allied Bakers and began demolition work the following year.
Simon Rutter, the group's senior surveyor, said: "We are confident the interest already generated in the industrial units will continue.
"A planning application for the next phase will be made in the Spring."
Simon Forrest of property agents Oakley Commercial said: "The opportunity for companies to own their own units has generated considerable occupier interest."
The remaining four industrial units are available to buy or lease, and range between 3,500sqft and 7,000sqft.
