Ken Bodfish keeps saying the majority of council tenants want to transfer to a housing association.
It is true the handful of tenants on the "evaluation panel" seem to want this but the majority of tenants don't know of the existence of the evaluation panel, much less who serves on it or how to contact them.
Only a tiny proportion of tenants have responded to any of the council's "tests of opinion", which must surely indicate there is absolutely no appetite for a change of landlord among ordinary tenants.
