Property firm Ellis and Partners has appointed two new directors following its expansion to Brighton and Hove.
Sarah Rose, a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, and Simon Kleeman, a chartered building surveyor, take the tally up to six.
Sarah, 26, joined the company in 1997 as a lettings trainee and now heads the property management department. Simon, 33, has been with the company for three years and oversees the building consultancy department.
Managing director Nick Ellis said: "Following the move into Brighton our services have become regional along with our client base and subsequently the need for leadership and control by professional individuals has become more apparent."
The company, which expanded to Grand Parade last year, has a turnover in excess of £1.5 million and employs more than 35 staff. Its headquarters are in Bournemouth.
