The high winds last Friday blew over hundreds of the new wheelie bins, many of them into the road, and lids of recycling boxes were blown into the air along with much of their contents.

Mile Oak looked like a battle ground. When will it be cleared up and who is responsible for damage to cars and other properties?

When we had dustbins, they were safely returned to the backs of our properties by the dustmen. Why shouldn't the wheelie bins be returned as well?

It is not reasonable to expect someone to have to take a day off work and wait until the dustmen have been just to put the bins in a place of safety.
