Eastbourne Borough boss Garry Wilson believes it was a good sign his side got a point despite playing badly in a goalless draw at St Albans City.
Wilson said: "We were not at the races at all and apart from our back four, we played very poorly.
"We looked tired and didn't have any kind of spark and I wouldn't say we deserved to win the game. But at the same time we never looked like we were going to lose.
"It is a good sign if you can play badly and still get a point and I'm just hoping this was a one-off."
Bognor extended their winless run to six games in a 1-1 draw against relegation threatened Welling United.
Luke Nightingale put the Rocks ahead after just 12 minutes for his 17th league goal of the season but Danny Slatter equalised.
