Bognor made it through to the last 16 with a comforatble home victory against County League outfit Southwick.

The Rocks went ahead on nine minutes when a Neil Davis cross was misheaded back into the danger area by Chris Pulling and rifled into the back of the net by Jodey Rowland.

Bognor's second came in the 27th minute when defender Kevin Murphy curled a free-kick round the wall and into the top right-hand corner of the net.

Davis should have killed the game for dead just before the break but having been found by Matt Russell he screwed his effort well wide.

For a short period in the second half Davis' miss could have proved costly as the visitors pulled a goal back in the 51st minute thanks to Carl Dunk's tap-in.

However, the joy was shortlived as Russell extended Bognor's lead as he beat the offside trap and rounded Ronan Callaghan before sliding home into the empty net.

The Rocks' fourth came in the 73rd minute when a deep cross was headed back into the area by Scott Kirkwood and Warren Hunt who rifled home.

David Wright added a fifth from the penalty spot before Tom Levitt hit a second for the visitors.
