I would be happy to have an Albion stadium anywhere within the restrictions laid down but, in response to Jane Shelley (Letters, November 25), I wish opponents to the Falmer campaign would check their facts before trying to find alternative sites.
Ms Shelley suggested the junction of the A26/A27. That's fine but it doesn't fit with the rule of being sited within the boundaries of Brighton and Hove.
Besides, even if the field's owner wanted to sell or rent (which we don't know), I'm sure Norman Baker MP would be delighted. If he objects to a stadium outside his area, how would he feel about one inside?
