Before the invasion of Iraq by the US and UK, Hove MP Ivor Caplin was adamant that Iraq possessed multiple chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction and insisted they were also developing nuclear weapons.
Now it has been firmly established that "weapons of mass destruction"
were a figment of the Bush-Blair imagination and that, as the respected medical journal The Lancet uncovered, 100,000 people have been killed in Iraq (the majority by allied bombardment), will Mr Caplin apologise to his constituents for misleading us?
Enough lies. The troops should be withdrawn from Iraq now.
