Frankie Dettori and Kieron Fallon renew their battle for the jockeys' championship at Brighton today.
Both men have four rides in the seven-race card, although the meeting is under threat because of rain. More than 20mm of rain fell yesterday and clerk of the course Geoff Stickells has called a 7.30am inspection.
He said: "It's soft, heavy in places, and there was some more rain forecast for last night, so we'll have a look this morning."
If the meeting does go ahead, Dettori, who leads his great rival by 18, will ride twice for Godolphin who are racing at the track for the first time.
Dettori partners Rasseem in the 2.50 and 5-1 favourite Great Exhibition in the 3.50 in the last meeting of the season at Brighton.
