Uckfield-based veteran ace Nigel Eckersley has retained his No.5 spot on the new England ranking list.
Eckersley, 54, is seeded No.2 in the singles at the four-day Guernsey Open Grand Prix which starts tomorrow.
Worthing senior champion Gary Wilson, 18, has joined the Sussex coaching team.
He was at Wolverhampton last week with Terry Dean (Worthing) and Nick Standen (Hastings) coaching three young Sussex teams in the national junior league.
Two of the teams are second in their divisions and will bid for promotion at the same Midlands venue in February.
