On behalf of the Belhus Cricket Club's youth squad from Essex which was based at the Brighton YHA earlier this month, I am writing to express our gratitude and sincere thanks to our new-found friends in Sussex who made our junior tour such a success.
In particular we would like to thank the hard-working parents and members at Goring cricket club and also Keymer and Hassocks Cricket Clubs for their excellent hospitality, especially for providing a barbeque which was much appreciated by us all, especially our junior members.
We would also like to thank Sussex coaches Patrick Spencer and Dion Corolus for all their hard work with our juniors when we visited Sussex County Cricket Club as part of our tour.
