Employers who want staff to be happy in their work are being invited to a breakfast business forum later this week.
Guest speakers will show how to motivate staff and create a productive workplace.
Speakers will include author Judith Leary Joyce and Nina Kowalska, of advertising agency St Luke's Communications. The event will be hosted by Burgess Hill-based Capital International at the Alias Seattle Hotel, Brighton Marina, on Friday from 8am.
Delegates from Telegen, Mistral Internet, BAA, Thomas Eggar, Ashdown Hurrey and Littlehampton Book Services will be attending.
