People claiming debts after the collapse of a magazine for teenage boys will be given a chance to air their grievances.
Brighton-based Sorted folded in May after four issues, owing money to 20 employees and at least 50 contributors.
Russell Church, who launched the magazine, blamed investors who pulled out as sales plunged.
A creditors' meeting has been arranged for July 7 to discuss the winding up of Mr Church's firm, Sorted Communications.
It will be held at the Oliver Cromwell Hotel in March, Cambridgeshire.
