I visited Brighton and Shoreham one day last week. I wanted to spend the day on Shoreham beach.
The rubbish all over the area, from the fish market, past the millionaires' homes and the road to the beach, is an absolute disgrace.
There is rotting food, broken glass, beer cans, plastic and paper. Of course, it's the fault of the visitors who leave it there but there are no rubbish bins to be seen.
A definite health hazard, this mess needs urgent attention.
Shoreham beach and the surrounding area must go down as the filthiest beach in Britain.
