I was at the play-off final in Cardiff and would like to attend home games at Withdean but I just cannot afford to as the cost is prohibitive for pensioners. I doubt it is going to get better, even if a community stadium at Falmer was built. Which brings me to a question. Having gained Division One status, shouldn't the club find the money to overhaul the side?

A team in Division One, playing as though it matters, must be a prerequisite to a new home. All this talk of not having the money while spouting about millions of pounds to build a stadium is stupid.

A winning team first. A fine new home second is the logical progression.
