A schholboy from Sussex is featured on the cover of the latest hit album by pop star George Michael.

Patience, reputed to be the singer's final studio CD, is currently number two in the album charts.

The back cover features a shot of two boys, one black and one white, looking into each other's eyes.

One of them is nine-year-old Archie Willis, of Nevill Close, Hove.

Proud mum Tracy Cambridge said: "He is on the back cover and inside the leaflet next to the words of the title track.

"I keep going into the shops and turning the CDs round so he's on the front.

"I'm definitely a fan of George Michael now.

"It's a very good album."

Tracy said Archie's classmates at Westdene Primary School in Brighton were not envious of his fame.

She said: "His schoolfriends are quite proud of him and he is a bit of a heart-throb.

"He was given a special mention in the school newsletter."

She admitted her other children, Harley, 13, and Josie, six, were "a bit jealous" of their brother.

Tracy sent photos of all her children to a modelling agency a few years ago. Archie was the one who stood out in the eyes of the agents.

Tracy said: "I had a friend who was a photographer and he took some photos of my kids.

"I sent them off to a reputable agency which I found in the Freemans catalogue.

"Archie has been doing this for three years now and has done lots of catalogues, with all the money going into a savings account for him.

"I'm not a pushy mum and he enjoys it.

"We've just done a DKNY fashion show at Harrods as well.

"The George Michael album was just one of the jobs that has come up but it's the most exciting and his grandmother is very proud.

"When he grows up, Archie says he wants to be a footballer but I think he would be happy to do some modelling.

"He's not that good at football but he is much better at this."
