When are we going to wake up and do something about graffiti and litter around Brighton and Hove?
It's now spreading to Hangleton.
Let's take some pressure off motorists and target fly-tippers instead.
When caught, they should be made to go out with our cleaners, who do a great job.
These people get away with it but it makes areas around the city look bad.
Come on, let's tell these idiots we won't take it any more. It's time we cleaned it up.
