Speeders are not just white van drivers, but men and women, young and old, driving posh cars and old bangers.
Attitudes must change and speeding must become socially unacceptable.
As with smoking in public places, and drink-driving, we know this will take time. But we can all show our sympathy for CJ's family by starting now.
