The tragic death of an innocent child is unbearable at any time. This country is a shambles. We have more than a million drivers flouting the law and getting away with it.
All correct paperwork should be displayed on a car's windscreen - tax, insurance and MOT.
All private and retail car sales should be sent to the DVLA and the using of the car held up until the DVLA gives the all-clear - no correct paperwork, no car.
