A man's body has been discovered at the foot of an East Sussex cliff.
A member of the public alerted coastguards on Saturday at 2pm after spotting the body at the bottom of cliffs near the Beachy Head pub, Eastbourne.
Bad weather meant the body was not recovered until yesterday.
A Sussex Police spokesman said the man's family was being informed.
The dead man is believed to have come from the St Leonards area.
