A boss of a furniture business that failed with debts totalling £170,000 has been banned from being a company director for more than three years.
Katy Marie Ware, 29, of The Thatchings, Polegate, was a director of The Big Sofa Shop Ltd which had shops in Polegate, Crawley and Tunbridge Wells.
The firm was placed into compulsory liquidation by Eastbourne County Court in October 2001 on the petition of a creditor, Europa Sofabeds Limited.
She was banned from being a company director for three-and-half-years.
