Alex Meredith reckons his Haywards Heath side are a match for anyone in National Three South.

They get another chance to prove it tomorrow when they host fourth-placed Launceston at Whitemans Green.

Heath have won three of their last four matches, including a first away success last week when they saw off Basingstoke.

Their side has a very settled look about it as they aim to continue their move away from the drop zone.

Skipper Meredith said: "There's not much point changing a winning side.

"We are playing a top side who are going well but we have seen anything can happen in this division.

"Westcombe Park beat Blackheath and then we beat Westcombe Park.

"In previous weeks we have been maybe lacking confidence but now we will be looking to get two points.

"We know we can beat anybody in this league."

There is one minor change to the Heath side where outside half Jon Graham starts instead of coming off the bench.

Damien Lyall plays at flanker as part of a rotation policy with Will DeGruchy.

Due to wet weather, there will only be limited parking available at Whitemans Green tomorrow.

Heath will operate a free park and ride scheme from Warden Park School, running from 1.15pm and again after the game.

Worthing resume London One action after a three-week break aiming to see off Staines and remain on the fringes of the promotion picture.

They will have to do so without the trickery of outside half John Firkin, who damaged his shoulder when Hertford visited in the Intermediate Cup two weeks ago. Stuart McLaughlan wears No. 10.

League matches postponed from World Cup final day take place tomorrow. Lewes can continue their Three South East promotion push with a win at Tonbridge Juddian.

Hove's home clash with Horsham, which would have taken place in London Three not too long ago, could be one of the games of the season in Sussex One.
