A man was arrested after police seized more than 200 cannabis plants and growing equipment.
Detectives discovered cannabis plants with a street value of £4,000 and a hydroponics factory used to grow the plants worth £3,000.
The haul was discovered following a raid on a house in South Coast Road, Peacehaven.
Officers arrested the local man after executing a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
The man, who is in his 40s, has since been released on police bail.
The raid follows a similar operation on Saturday when police seized more than 400 cannabis plants from a plot of land near Herstmonceux.
The plants, found on a plot of land in Stunts Green, are believed to have had a street value of about £1,000.
Last week, officers recovered about £3,000 worth of class-A drugs in Pevensey Bay.
Meanwhile, three warrants were executed in Heathfield, where heroin and cannabis were recovered.
Chief Inspector Peter Mills, the new district commander for Wealden, said: "When I started my new role, I made it clear that ridding the streets of the drugs menace would be a top priority.
"What is special about these latest warrants is that they are as a result of information coming to us directly from the public."
