Cable operator NTL is recruiting telesales advisers for its offices in Lancing.
The company is looking for "ambitious, hungry people" to sell digital TV, telephone and broadband internet services.
It is hiring for its outbound and inbound teams.
Outbound focuses on calling existing and potential customers to sell them products and services while the inbound team responds to customers who have called up.
NTL requires employees who are comfortable talking to other people over the phone.
