West Sussex League: Palmers secured fourth place in division one of the West Sussex League after beating Middleton by five wickets.
Bruce Scott hit 56 to help Middleton to 135 all out, but it was not enough as Nick Buckley (50) inspired his side to 136-5 in reply.
Shoreham finished a disappointing season on a high after beating mid-table St Matthias by five wickets. Chris Ward (3-24), Tom Bull (3-34) and Stuart Bareham (3-15) restricted Saints to 129 all out, before Shoreham went on to made 130-5. Ward top scored with 42.
