Mascagni's opera of love and betrayal in 19th Century Sicily is given an outing by Music Theatre 2000.
The soloists from the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company and Glyndebourne will be conducted by Simon Gray.
This one-act opera will be preceded by extracts from The Magic Flute and The Marriage Of Figaro and arias from operas by Bizet, Puccini, Verdi and Delibes.
There will be an hour-long interval when the theatre's grounds will be open for picnics.
The shows start at 5.30pm.
