A teenager is being treated in intensive care after his bicycle was in collision with a car in Eastbourne.
A Vauxhall Zafira, driven by an 18-year-old man from Eastbourne, was involved in an accident with the 17-year-old boy at 10am on Tuesday June 24 on the drive leading to Sussex Downs College from Cross Levels Way.
The boy was taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital where he remains in intensive care in a stable condition with facial injuries.
The driver of the Zafira was shaken but otherwise uninjured.
