A health spa, cafe and upgraded gym are just some of ways design students would redevelop Worthing's Aquarena swimming complex.
The budding designers from Worthing's Northbrook College have been given the chance to have their say about what they would do if they could change the facility.
It is all part of a project for final year students studying for a Higher national Diploma in interior design.
The students will pitch their ideas at an exhibition at the town hall tomorrow.
Councillor Maurice Tucker has arranged the event as part of his bid to support local designers.
There will be a private viewing after which five graduating design students will undertake a ten-minute presentation.
Course leader Chris Blade said: "The Aquarena offers a challenge to designers as it will be affected by the new statutory special needs access requirements applicable from next year.
"The design team decided the most efficient solution was to access the main entrance from the ground floor.
"The individual students then selected their own areas for redevelopment.
"They include the introduction of new facilities, such as a health spa and beauty treatments, an upgraded gym, restaurants, bars and cafes."
The exhibition is open to the public until Friday.
