Has anybody else noticed the excess amount of dog excrement on Brighton and Hove's streets recently?
I'm sick and tired of irresponsible people who refuse to clean up after their pets. Owners who walk away from their "responsibilities" can be fined but does this ever actually happen?
There is no point having such a by-law if it is not enforced. How about undercover dog wardens?
