It is pleasing to hear Brighton and Hove City Council is intending to replace the Brighton Centre with a more flexible civic amenity.
It would be good if the Kingswest Centre could be included in the proposal, too.
Perhaps a public-private partnership could be established to fund the development.
The two sites combined would be enormous - perhaps big enough to build a football stadium on? Doh!
