As everybody knows, there is no need for the proposed re-routing of buses at Palmeira Square, Hove.
Pedestrianisation will cause utter chaos. To alter the roads and lights will be very expensive and add to another increase in council tax, which is totally unnecessary. The council should save money, not waste it.
