Please do not expect Brighton and Hove City Council to review the new controlled parking scheme for the Goldsmid area of Hove by the end of the year.
A review, including consultation with residents, was promised after six months of the scheme being implemented for Zone N in July 2001 and, funnily enough, we are yet to be consulted or see an outline of the report.
