Worthing and Southlands Hospitals Trust is giving the gourmet treatment to meals being served to patients.
Instead of stodgy, unimaginative meals, people in hospital can enjoy a menu that would not disgrace a top restaurant.
The trust is showing there's no reason why food served in its hospitals should be a sick joke.
