It was disgusting but unsurprising to see the harsh measures taken against the Blatchington Mill School students for their principled anti-war stand.
Many are to be suspended for more than two months but for what?
For the crime of putting their knowledge and understanding into practice and taking a stand against the Government's plans for the Middle East?
This is to be commended and is something our trade union "leaders" - against the war in words but in reality doing nothing - could learn from.
