The founders of the Friends Reunited web site are to keep hold of the £25 million-rated venture and expand world-wide.
Stephen and Julie Pankhurst and business partner Jason Porter are thought to have opted for a management buy-in to enable further expansion. A sale of the venture had been considered but the trio decided to remain at the helm.
