A 46-year-old man accused of fondling another man's buttocks at the Remembrance Day parade in Whitehall will stand trial next month.
Philip Lowe, of Grafton Street, Brighton, denies indecent assault.
He was today granted unconditional bail by Bow Street magistrates.
He will appear before Southwark Crown Court on January 2.
