My family says a heartfelt thank-you to the kind people who rescued my grandma and grandad from their burning car last Friday at Sainsbury's petrol station at the Holmbush roundabout.
Your quick thinking and brave actions meant we can spend another Christmas together and for that we are eternally grateful.
