Eastbourne Borough have been drawn at home to Conference side Farnborough Town in the third round.
Crawley will travel to Hayes while Lewes must visit either Gloucester City or Merthyr Tydfil, who drew 0-0 on Saturday.
The ties will take place on January 11.
