Lime, the Brighton-based marketing agency, has become the UK's first small business to be awarded the Community Mark from Business in the Community.
Limes clients include The Barbican, Haymarket Exhibitions and the National Trust.
The Community Mark is a kite mark designed to recognise the work of small and medium-sized businesses in their communities.
