I was on the anti-war protest in Brighton and saw a police motorcycle ride into the line of protesters near Wild Park and push bikes out of the way.

This dangerous and deliberately intimidating behaviour could easily have caused a major injury. It was one of many aggressive actions I saw the police commit.

I was pushed off my bike, saw others dragged off bikes when moving at speed and saw police push and punch people.

We were demonstrating peacefully against a war that may kill thousands of innocent people.

Police violence will only radicalise protesters and make us more determined to resist all aggression and violence by the Government and those who enforce the law.

When the Tapp traders' protest clogged traffic for hours in the city centre, why were they not dragged from their vans, beaten, sprayed with pepper gas and arrested?

I guess pinko-lefty communist peaceniks are a deadly anarchist menace to decent folk, with their silly, airy-fairy ideas about justice, international law, peace and so on, who just needed a lesson on the realities of small-scale police brutality.
