A man killed when he leant out of the window of a train approaching a tunnel at 70mph has been named as Adam Knight.
Mr Knight, 32, of Denmark Villas, Hove, died on a London Victoria to Worthing train early on Saturday.
Witnesses saw him lean out of a window of the train as it entered Clayton Tunnel between Hassocks and Preston Park at 70mph.
The Health and Safety executive has been called in to investigate the incident. Witnesses should call police on 01273 328545 or 0207 3915275.
